Privacy

This site is run by a volunteer group organizing a community, nonprofit tennis dome for Mission Recreation Park in Kelowna. Here is what we collect when you sign up, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Project updates: your email address, your first name if you give it, and a record of when you agreed to receive updates.
• Founding membership interest: your name, email, phone number, the number of memberships you’re interested in, and anything you add about how to reach you or your questions.

How we use it

• To send project updates, only after you confirm your email address.
• To let a small group of organizers know about founding membership interest so one of them can contact you.
• To gauge support for the project. We don’t sell or share your information for marketing.

Where it’s kept

Signups are stored in a Google Cloud database in Montreal, Canada. Emails are sent through Resend, an email service based in the United States, so your name and email address pass through their systems when we email you.

Your choices

• Every update email tells you how to unsubscribe. Reply to any update with “unsubscribe” and we’ll take you off the list within 10 business days.
• To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, reply to any email from us and we’ll take care of it.
